    • From Garmin, Wahoo, and Strava: Your public profile information (name, profile picture), historical and new activity summaries (e.g., rides, runs), and detailed performance data from those activities (e.g., distance, duration, speed, power, heart rate, cadence, GPS data).
  • Technical Information: We may collect standard technical information when you use our website, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Vayu AI Coach service. These specific purposes include:

  • To Create Your Athlete Profile: We analyze your historical performance data to build a comprehensive understanding of your unique fitness level.
  • To Generate Personalized Training Plans: Our AI uses your profile and stated goals to create a dynamic, structured training plan with appropriate workout targets.
  • To Provide Coaching Feedback: We analyze your newly completed activities to offer insights, track your progress, and adapt your future training.
  • To Sync Your Plan to Your Devices: If you connect your Garmin or Wahoo account, we use that connection to automatically push your prescribed workouts to your device calendar.
  • To Improve Our Coaching Models: We may use anonymized and aggregated data (from which all personal identifiers have been removed) to improve the quality and effectiveness of our AI coaching algorithms for all users.

4. Our Commitment: We Do Not Sell Your Data

We want to be unequivocally clear: We do not and will not sell your personal data to any third party. Our business model is based on providing a valuable subscription service to our users, not on monetizing their data.

  • Revoke Access: You can disconnect your Garmin, Wahoo, or Strava account at any time from your Vayu account page or directly from within those platforms' settings. This will stop any future data sharing.
  • Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your Vayu account page. This action is irreversible and will remove all your activities, plans, and profile information from our systems.

7. Data Security and Retention

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data deletion process.
